Intures has been involved in the realization of a large data center in Aalsmeer since 2019. This data center (approx. 14,400 m² and consisting of 2 floors) is one of the largest data centers in the Netherlands.
Intures is involved in this project as part of the QA/QC team (quality assurance and quality control). In this role, Intures is responsible for both quality control and quality assurance in all construction aspects. Some examples of this are checking the construction drawings and checking that construction is taking place in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Because of the project composition consisting mainly of foreign parties, Intures was able to make a major contribution to this project with our knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations.
For this project we worked with BIM360-field. This allowed all data recorded during the recordings to be communicated to the executing parties through a secured process.
