Intures was approached by Woningcorporatie Velison Wonen to ensure that quality as well as safety for their project of making their houses at the Guldewagenplantsoen and the Grote Hout-Koningsweg more sustainable.

In the course of this project, 17 homes have been made more sustainable. After the improvements, all these homes have energy label A.

The roofs and cavity walls of these houses were insulated, solar panels were installed and the window frames were renewed. In addition the technical installations were upgraded: central heating systems and new, more energy-efficient and CO2-controlled ventilation systems were installed in these homes.

This project on the Guldenwagenplantsoen and the Grote Hout-Koningsweg is the only start of a much larger sustainability project. In the following 10 years, Velison Wonen will make approximately 900 homes more energy efficient and comfortable. In addition, Velison Wonen is one of the first in the region that is making homes more sustainable on a large scale.

In this project we had a very pleasant cooperation with the client: Woningcorporatie Velison Wonen, contractor: Coen Hagedoorn Bouwgroep and the project management of Atriensis. The evaluation from the client and the contractor shows that the role and commitment of Intures to guarantee quality and safety during the execution of the project, was greatly appreciated. Always rewarding to receive such compliments!
