This group consisting of inspectors (in the dark blue suits) and supervisors (in the yellow/light blue suits) were called to action: inspecting the Direct Sheet Plant during a factory shutdown.
The group of inspectors was concerned with inspecting the entire installation including walkways and safe accessibility of all parts. Think, for example, of the banisters and platforms. This work can only be carried out during a factory shutdown, because all installations must be locked correctly and entirely to ensure safe accesibility.
The supervisors / assembly coordinators were not just involved with inspection works and their coordination, but also carried out maintenance works that emerged from the inspections. It was rheir responsibility to ensure that quality and safety at all times.
